Preamble

These internal regulations define the rules of operation, safety, hygiene, and conduct applicable to all users of Nossetssik Studio, including dancers, teachers, trainees, guests, or any other person authorized to access the premises. They complement the statutes and decisions of the board of the association and apply together with the Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale (T&C).

Access to the studio implies full and unconditional acceptance of these provisions.

Article 1 – Access to the Studio

  1. Access is strictly limited to individuals authorized by the management of Nossetssik Dance Company.

  2. Use of the studio, equipment, or facilities must be exclusively within the framework of planned activities (classes, rehearsals, workshops, residencies, etc.).

  3. Access is personal and non-transferable. Any transfer to a third party is prohibited without written authorization from management.

  4. The management and its representatives reserve the right to be present on-site at any time.

Article 2 – Hygiene and Safety

  1. Street shoes are prohibited on the dance floor. Only clean dance shoes or bare feet are allowed.

  2. Eating or drinking is prohibited in the studio, except for sealed water bottles.

  3. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the premises.

  4. Changing rooms, restrooms, showers, and kitchen areas must be kept clean and tidy after use.

  5. Trash must be disposed of in designated bins.

  6. Windows may only be opened under the supervision of a responsible person or during breaks.

  7. The use of creams, oils, or slippery substances is prohibited before any activity.

  8. Every user must properly warm up before any activity to prevent injury.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate expulsion from the studio.

Article 3 – Respect for Equipment and Premises

  1. Premises, furniture, technical equipment, and facilities must be used with care.

  2. Any damage or malfunction must be reported immediately to management.

  3. All equipment provided must be returned to its proper place after use.

  4. Costumes and accessories belonging to the company must be returned clean and in proper condition.

  5. Users are responsible for any damage caused by negligence or improper use.

Article 4 – Behavior and Prohibited Actions

  1. Any attempt to interfere with the activities of others, including contacting them to influence or disrupt their activities, is strictly prohibited.

  2. Abusive, intimidating, intrusive, violent, discriminatory, or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate expulsion without refund.

  3. Capturing photos or videos of the management, instructors, or the studio without written authorization is prohibited.

  4. Users must respect schedules, punctuality, and maintain quiet in common areas.

  5. The use of the studio must be in good faith and without abuse.

Article 5 – Insurance and Liability

  1. Participation in studio activities is at each user’s own responsibility.

  2. Each participant must have valid health and liability insurance covering the duration of their presence.

  3. Nossetssik Dance Company declines all responsibility for injuries, accidents, theft, or loss of personal belongings unless caused intentionally by the company.

Article 6 – Photography, Video, and Communication

  1. By participating in studio activities, each user authorizes the association to use their image (photo or video) for communication and promotional purposes.

  2. Any objection must be submitted in writing upon registration.

  3. Any photography or video recording by participants requires prior written consent from management.

  4. Social media posts relating to studio activities must mention the association.

Article 7 – Sanctions and Expulsion

  1. Verbal or written warning

  2. Temporary suspension of access

  3. Permanent expulsion in case of repeated or serious misconduct, without refund or recourse

The management reserves the right to terminate any participation if the safety, image, or proper functioning of the studio is compromised.

Article 8 – Entry into Force

These internal regulations come into effect on January 5, 2026.

They are displayed in the studio premises and provided to all participants upon their first registration or access to the studio.
