
Tamás Tesson-Kiss
graduated from the Contemporary Art and Dance School of GyÅ‘r. In 2011, he joined Budapest Dance Theatre, where he performed as a soloist for seven years. During his time with the company, he danced in numerous productions, including Gloomy L’Attitudes and Doze by Jiri Pokorny, as well as The Animal That Takes You by Fernando Troya, among many others.

In 2017, Tamás became a dancer and choreographer with DART Dance Company, where he co-created and performed works such as Nesama and Alpha. Alongside his stage career, he has choreographed several independent pieces for various companies and dance programs, including Revolution (2019), Iterations (2020), by oneself (2022), While I Sleep (2023), After a While in the Exile (2024), and While I Was Born (2024).

Tamás has been teaching contemporary dance, improvisation, creative work, acrobatics, and repertoire since 2014. His leadership roles began in 2019 when he became rehearsal director of DART DSP, followed by his appointment as rehearsal director of DART Dance Company in 2020. In 2021, he assumed the role of artistic director of DART Studios.

Throughout his career, Tamás has collaborated with renowned choreographers and teachers worldwide, including Jiri Pokorny, Fernando Troya, Neel Verdoorn, Elvis Val, Aymeric Mosselmans, Johan King Silverhult, Gentian Doda, Tanja Saban, Gustavo Ramírez Sansano, Clyde Emmanuel Archer, and Keren Lurie Pardes.

In 2021, Tamás co-founded Nossetssik Dance Company in Montpellier, France, alongside Mateus.
