Join us at underT.O.N.E.S. Dance Program in Montpellier, South of France, for a transformative 9-month dance program designed for young dancers eager to grow both personally and professionally. Our program focuses on building body awareness, exploring movement with intention and consciousness, and learning from diverse perspectives in a vibrant international community of artists.

Our Vision

T.O.N.E.S. is more than a training program — it’s a space where dancers from around the world come together to share their artistry and cultural perspectives. Through collaborative learning, we foster an environment where creativity thrives, and each dancer is empowered to develop their unique voice.
Our goal is to provide dancers with a deeper understanding of their bodies and movement potential. By nurturing physical awareness and artistic sensitivity, we prepare dancers to confidently navigate the professional dance world.
Program Highlights

9 months of immersive training from October 6, 2025, to June 26, 2026.

Daily classes: 90 minutes of neoclassical training and 90 minutes of contemporary dance or improvisation.

Guest workshops: Four internationally renowned instructors will lead 5-day workshops, offering diverse perspectives on movement and artistry.

Multicultural learning: Connect with fellow dancers from around the world, exchanging artistic and cultural insights.

Studio access: Free use of the studio during available hours with prior booking.

Transportation: Complimentary transportation within Montpellier for dancers residing in the city.

Future opportunities: Selected dancers may receive a membership for T.O.N.E.S. Junior Company for their second season.
